10.2 The voucher will be sent or allocated to the cellphone number supplied by the winner on the competition entry form.
10.3 For the voucher to be successfully received and accessed, the winning cellphone number must be linked to an active Shoprite Money Market Account.
10.4 If the winner already has an active Money Market Account linked to the cellphone number supplied when entering, the voucher may be loaded to that account in accordance with the applicable Shoprite Financial Services fulfilment process.
10.5 If the winner does not have an active Money Market Account, the winner must register and activate a Money Market Account using the same cellphone number supplied when entering the competition.
10.6 Winners are responsible for completing any registration, verification, PIN creation or account activation requirements imposed by Shoprite Financial Services.

11.3 Where a winner has not completed the required registration or activation process by this deadline and the voucher consequently cannot be successfully delivered or loaded to the winner's Money Market Account, the prize will be regarded as unclaimed, subject to applicable law.
11.4 A promotional voucher which remains in suspense and has not been successfully delivered to an active Money Market Account by 31 December 2026 may, subject to applicable law and the applicable Shoprite Financial Services arrangements, be released from that allocation and retained by the Promoter for allocation in a future promotional competition or other promotional activity.
11.5 Subject to applicable consumer law, no alternative cash payment or replacement prize will be due from the Promoter where a winner fails to complete the required registration or activation process by the stipulated deadline.
11.6 31 December 2026 is the campaign deadline for a winner to register or activate the required Money Market Account so that the prize can be successfully delivered. It is not the expiry date of a voucher that has already been successfully loaded into an active Money Market Account.
11.7 Once a voucher has been successfully loaded into an active Money Market Account, the voucher's subsequent validity, access and use will be governed by the applicable Shoprite Financial Services terms and conditions.
11.8 Under the Shoprite Money Market Account voucher information applicable to this campaign, successfully issued MMA vouchers have an applicable validity period of three (3) years.
12. USE OF THE MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT VOUCHER

12.3 The Money Market Account platform may provide functionality including in-store payment and supported digital transactions, subject to Shoprite Financial Services' applicable terms and available services.
